Reverse Logistics
Returned orders can be inevitable in almost any contract and Meads have developed a reverse fulfilment and logistics operational system to handle such returns.
Meads can supply a PO Box Number for customers to return goods to and on arrival the status of each returned order will be assessed.
Meads will print the order barcode on the bottom of the consignment note, and on arrival back at Meads will scan this. This will automatically mark the order as “Returned” on MeadsConnect.
